Sealcore, LLC was established in 2016 in Elyria, OH by members of the Sealcore Network to provide engineered solutions in rubber and polymers, local warehousing, and customer service to industries in the North and South American market.
Customer relationships are the core of our business. We manage the entire process, working closely with customers and in synergy with the companies of our network to choose materials and designs for the best solution possible.
Sealcore is a global network active in a variety of industrial sectors, we have the knowledge and expertise to provide a 360° service to our customers; from standard O-rings and rotary shaft oil seals to high-performance polymers and custom 3D printing. Our highly technical manufacturing allows us to pay close attention to the precision and merit of our products, proudly reflecting the Italian standard of exceptional quality.

ORINGONE produces large diameter and non standard O-Rings and calibrated cords with the highest performance, thanks to the proprietary compression step-molding process, the CO.SM.O.: it allows to produce any dimension from 200,00 mm ID with cross sections from 2,62 up to 60,00 mm with no tooling costs e no minimum quantity.
With a large portfolio of available materials (more than 100 grades, perfluoroelastomers included)and an innovative set of services, ORINGONE can offer the most flexible product configurations and purchasing experience.
The managing system certified according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018 is assurance of quality, treacability and commitment to the sustainability of the production towards people and the environment.
Duci manufactures O-Rings in standard compounds with an innovative injection molding process. All O-Rings are 100% inspected by UTPVision automatic visual inspection machines. The O-Ring dimensions range from inside diameter 1 mm up to 700 mm and cross-section 1 mm and up. available in various surface finishes and treatments.
In-house engineering, mold design, and a fully equipped laboratory guarantee full dimensional and physical quality. Duci is certified in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OSHAS and EMAS. In addition, they have compounds with special approvals like NSF, WRAS, FDA, USP, KIWA, DVGW, UL and more.
Fluorten manufactures semi-finished products and customized engineering components, using Fluoropolymers and High-Performance Polymers such as pure and filled PTFE, 3M™ Dyneon™ TFM™, PEEK, Dupont™ Vespel®, thanks to cutting-edge production technologies: extrusion, CNC machining, 3D printing and injection molding with molds design and construction).

Duepi specializes in injection molding of custom-made articles in various techno-polymers and liquid silicon. Their know-how in the design and manufacturing of molds makes them a valuable partner also for customers who want to manufacture the finished product in-house. In addition, Duepi is equipped with 3D printing machines to satisfy customer needs of prototyping and small production runs.
Duepi is certified in ISO 9001 and ISO 8573.1. The air-cleaning production room, or so called >>grey room<< grant the production of liquid silicon rubber for the early childhood, food, medical or automotive industry.
F.LLI Paris produces Rotary Shaft Oil Seals and custom-made articles to drawing in elastomer, textile-rubber, and rubber-to-metal using the traditional compression molding process.
F.LLI Paris is certified in ISO 9001 – In-house engineering and mold design, serving customers for all sealing applications.
ATS Special Oil Seals, a division of F.LLI Paris, specializes in large diameter oil seals for Heavy-Duty applications ranging up to 2.2 meters in diameter. Diameters larger than 2.2 meters can be manufactured with an innovative vulcanization-jointing technique.
ATS is certified in ISO 9001 – In-house engineering and mold design, serving customers for all sealing applications.
SealFluid’s philosophy is to work with customers in a close partnership aiming to design and provide innovative, custom-made solutions for their heavy duty hydraulic and pneumatic applications, which help to increase productivity reducing the costs of maintenance while optimizing the equipment performance and improving the customers’ competitiveness.
SealFluid is a production division of F.LLI Paris S.r.l. a socio unico and is certified: UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 – Quality System Certificate DNV.
Slib Italy, a division of F.LLI Paris, is specialized in the manufacturing of pressed sliding bearings and washers with thin wall-thickness, dry self-lubricating, or with grease or oil lubrication, produced in accordance with the ISO 3547 directive. They produce both standard items, as much as special and custom-made ones, and for high pressure applications.
Articles can be provided as thrust washer in cylindrical shape, as flat washers or as sliding strips. Other possible variables can be produced according to specific requests or to customers’ drawings. Diameters range from a min. of 10 mm to a max. of 1.000 mm, both for standard sizes and for special ones.
