Duci’s manufactures O-rings and custom-made items to drawings with an innovative injection molding process. We have inhouse tooling production using 5-axis machining centers to complete 16 tools weekly. 160 injection molding machines, with 1 or 4 injection points are producing billions of O-rings yearly. 130 Optical machines for automatic sorting are guaranteeing the highest quality standards from ISO 9001:2015 to IATF 16949:2016.

Duci manufactures O-rings with a minimum of 1 Millimeter inside diameter up to a maximum of 750.00 Millimeter. We start with a minimum cross-section of 1 Millimeter up to a maximum of 15 Millimeter.

Duci developed and tested more than 500 different compounds over the past 3 decades to ensure the best performance for the individual applications. The core materials we use are, NBR, EPDM, EPDM peroxide, FKM, CR, VMQ and HNBR.
